We Dominate Nutrition is a health and lifestyle coaching platform which transforms, builds and solidifies key nutritional habits for the long term. We believe that nutrition is the foundation for life and wellness. We want to provide you with the tools to live a healthy lifestyle- through coaching, education and support. We are a team which will invest in you every step of the way!

We are a scientifically ’proven’ macronutrient based nutrition company using the flexible dieting approach to long term success. Our goal is to provide the highest quality service possible. You are our priority – we pledge to be there for you, supporting you to achieve your goals whilst optimising your health and wellbeing – each and every step of the way.
Each plan is unique to you, your lifestyle, your needs and your goals – whatever they may be. We individually tailor every plan, periodising around your programming, working patterns and any specifics you have. Our plans are based around performance, recovery, health and longevity which in turn achieve real, sustainable, life changing results.
We believe in an evidence based approach to nutrition, providing consistency, identifying and developing new habits and routines to help you to success – absolutely no fads, tricks or gimmicks- just sustainable, long term nutrition advice.

Our aim is to empower you, build upon your confidence and we do this through encouragement, accountability and tips and tricks to build performance and recovery. Of course it’s always good to look good or feel good – with the support of WDN why not have both? Maximise energy, breaking through plateaus, hit PB’s and looking the best you ever have in the process!
Don’t be seduced by all the gimmicks and false promises out there, we believe that through conscious eating, tracking, weighing and measuring you can achieve the balance of ‘dieting’ and ‘lifestyle’, reaching new performance heights and eating out on a regular basis together with feeling recovered and enjoying some flexibility with your food choices. So, if you are tired of being told foods are off limits, let us work together to guide you through our approach and achieve the best possible version of you.

We need to understand what your nutrition base is, what are your current habits and routines, food choices, meal structure, planning and prepping.

RECEIVE YOUR PLAN:
We will study your information, understand your goals, training, lifestyle, work etc and apply this to your document. Check your emails, after 1-2 days your document will be waiting for you.

CHECK IN:
Check in with your coach, keeping you accountable, building rapport and developing knowledge week to week and make a success of the plan!
