FAQ’s

Can i have a "cheat day"?

You can have more flexible / treat-based foods. However, our goal is to be as consistent as possible through this process- so track this meal. Plan ahead for this meal and place this in first thing in the morning. You can use estimates if you are eating out. However stay accountable, stay in control of your nutrition and find balance for this day.

When do i check-in?

Every Sunday we have a check-in. You’ll be able to reflect on your week and plan next week. We’ll send you an ebook of recipes, personal nutrition tips and any update to your plan. We do this to keep you actively thinking about your nutrition and progress. 

When do I check in with my coach?

If you can check in between Sunday-Monday, we will be in touch with you within 24h.

Do I have to wait until Sunday if I have a question for my coach?

We are here for you 24/7, if you have a question, need some help, support or extra accountability-we are here for you. Just give us a message and we will get back to you ASAP. That’s the beauty of having your very own nutrition coach (if you have a message for a coach past 10pm you may have to wait until the morning)

If I have an alcoholic drink, what do I do?

Track this, just like you would with foods. Aim to plan ahead within MFP, so you can estimate your drinks. Just aim to choose spirits and low cal mixers. In terms of tracking, our focus now comes down to your overall calories. This will balance energy and keep control over the day.

RECEIVE YOUR PLAN:

We study your goals, training, lifestyle, work, dietary requirements, etc. And design a plan to suit your every need. Check your emails. After   1-2 days your tailored program will be waiting for you.

CHECK IN:

Check-in with your coach every Sunday online. It gives you a chance to hash out the week gone. Plan your week to come. And increases goal success by 79%.
